HVAC Refrigeration Technician / Tradesman
Location: Charlottesville Virginia InPerson Position
We are seeking a strong skilled HVAC and Refrigeration Technician or Tradesman to join our team and existing customers to provide the highest standards of service. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy problem solving different types of Refrigeration projects this opportunity is perfect for you! We are seeking skilled HVAC Refrigeration Technicians and Tradesmen.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including Commercial Residential and refrigeration systems.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to diagnose reported issues and make repairs utilizing technical knowledge and expertise.
- Repair and replace faulty components ensuring all work is completed to code and safety standards.
- Monitor and document maintenance activities keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Conduct routine inspections and assessments of mechanical systems identifying maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Work with other maintenance team members and contractors to tackle complex projects and complete tasks on time.
- Trade Skills
- Skilled in using hand and power tools as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Solid knowledge of building systems including plumbing electrical HVAC and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and follow instruction manuals and search manufacturers websites for technical information.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a detailoriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Accurate and detailed communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in building maintenance are a plus.
