- Leading a 23 member team to safely and efficiently execute amazing projects
- Overseeing operations like material deliveries inspections and client satisfaction while keeping things organized and on track.
- Mentoring your team to help them grow and shine.
- Getting handson with equipment like skid steers miniexcavators and laser levels.
- Installing sod plants patios decks and walls creating art with your own hands!
We need someone who
- Can juggle schedules tasks and tools like a pro
- Loves a good challenge and thrives in outdoor environments
- Has a safetyfirst mindset but isnt afraid to get their hands dirty
- Is skilled with landscaping equipment and construction techniques
