Job Description

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Industrial Management or Quality Management.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a quality department within an automotive industry.

  • Proficiency in English is required

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and responsiveness to quality issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally within a team.

  • Detailoriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Customer Complaints Management: Oversee the handling and resolution of customer complaints in collaboration with relevant departments ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.

  • Customer Requirements Compliance: Ensure the proper implementation and adherence to all customer requirements maintaining highquality standards.

  • Quality Methods & Shop Floor Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of quality methodologies including FMEA 8D Control Plans and root cause analysis to maintain and improve product quality.

  • Auditing & Compliance: Plan conduct and support internal and external audits ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

  • Documentation & Control Plans: Maintain update and oversee quality documentation while ensuring the proper of control plans.

  • Ethics & Compliance: Uphold and promote the companys Code of Ethics ensuring all team members adhere to ethical standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improvement within the Quality Department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrate strong team management skills fostering collaboration and professional development within the quality team.
