Roles & Responsibilities:
Set monthly or quarterly team targets for conversion focusing on optimizing product features reviews images for MP and content UX/UI for D2C.
Help the client Improve Category SOV and SOS in marketplaces by optimizing product listings and leveraging advertising to boost visibility and reputation.
Help the brand improve organic revenue on MP and D2C by providing SEOrelated optimization suggestions tailored to marketplace and Google algorithms.
Increase AOV in MP and D2C by implementing upselling and crossselling strategies offering volume discounts and promoting bundled deals to encourage highervalue purchases.
Assist clients in launching new products by conducting targeted market research refining product development based on consumer insights.
Implement effective demand planning by analysing last month and last years trends as well as upcoming events or festivals to minimize the risk of outofstock situations.
Analyse product stock across categories to prepare accurate regional stock forecasts and optimize utilization
Check the customer delivery journey at every stage and suggest improvements to enhance the FBA and FBF percentages for the client.
Check MP RTO retune and make changes
Check damage and size issue retune and customer complaints and suggest to improve this .
Provide a comprehensive ecommerce/D2C strategy to achieve the monthly and yearly AOP or targeted revenue.
Create different framework to improve the team efficiently and clarity of thoughts
