Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire employee lifecycle: Job postings recruiting onboarding and terminations
- Handling all things employee relations and conducting investigations as needed
- Working hand in hand with the Controller on compensation structures and benefit plans
- Understanding the different complexities of the law in each operating state and making sure the company is staying in compliance
- Be the goto resource for managers on coaching and performance management of employees
