Who Were Looking For
ToyotasCyber Security Risk Management (CSRM)Department is looking for a passionate and highlymotivatedPrincipal Data DevOps Engineer.
The primary responsibility of this role is to be a handson technical leader playing a key role in designing developing maintaining and managing cloudbased data and analytics solutions leveraging AWS application services. You will collaborate closely with cloud engineers network engineers analysts program managers and other engineering teams to deliver complex solutions requiring deep expertise in data engineering and analytics domain.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager the person in this role will support the Cyber Protection departments objective to enhance Toyotas security posture by leveraging data and advanced analytics to make informed decisions and actions.
What Youll Be Doing
Expertise in Data Pipeline and Analytics: Expertise in data ingestions data pipeline development and optimization reporting and advance analytics using AWS services.
Collaborate Effectively: Work within large collaborative teams to discuss use cases and design and deliver effective data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization and global Toyota affiliates
Provide Leadership and Technology Guidance: Offer leadership and guidance across the data engineering and analytics domain fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Continuously improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to optimize data pipelines streamline processes and improve data qualities.
Innovate and Adapt to Change: Embrace a fastpaced innovative work environment.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing data analytics solutions including data ingestion transformation storage reporting and machine learning with a strong emphasis on AWS technologies.
Knowledge of data security concepts and best practices in the context of AWS services
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred programming expertise: Python SQL Serverless cloud programming (functions lambdas etc..
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI Athena or Microsoft Sentinel
Adhere to the organizations vision statement and decisionmaking framework understanding how team and personal goals contribute to the organizations vision.
Although the primary schedule is standard business hours the role requires the ability to adjust working hours including weekends and outside regular business hours to support urgent cybersecurity incidents and global affiliates
Added Bonus If You Have
AWS Certified Developer or related certifications
Experience in cybersecurity domain
Experience with SIEM solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel is a plus.
