- Relationship Building: Foster lasting customer relationships and develop referral networks for future business
- Experience: 2 years of inhome or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must)
- Strong flooring knowledge and an understanding of materials trends and installation processes
- DetailOriented & ProcessDriven: Ability to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly
- Exceptional FollowThrough: Ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire process
- Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect advise and influence purchasing decisions
