Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will work closely with sales and executive teams to develop implement and refine strategies that drive revenue growth and improve overall sales performance. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven solutions and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends challenges and opportunities

  • Develop and recommend strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency

  • Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align goals and drive results

  • Design and deliver performance dashboards forecasts and reports

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy

  • Assist with sales enablement initiatives including training and materials development

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics Marketing or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in sales strategy business consulting or analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
