As a HR Advisor at a production site in the Mainz area you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations while working closely with site leadership.
What youll be doing:
Serve as the first point of contact for management and employees regarding all HRrelated matters.
Manage and oversee endtoend HR processes including recruitment onboarding contract management employee development and performance management.
Advise site management on labor law issues and complex HR challenges.
What youll need:
At least 3 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
Experience with payroll processing and global payroll systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
