General Summary
The Customer Strategy and Engagement Solutions Advisor is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of FedEx Transportation Management. This position is responsible for the initial analysis of incoming RFIs and RFPs and will support sales in pursuing these opportunities. This includes the creation of detailed P&Ls to be used internally and pricing files to be provided to the customers. This position will participate in solution design pricing proposal and presentation creation sales collateral sales reporting along with general sales support.
