In this position
Ford Motor Company seeks a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Hardware Process Specialist to join our team responsible for the reliability and environmental validation of inhouse electronic modules for nextgeneration vehicles. This critical role will involve collaborating closely with design and test engineering teams across multiple electronic module projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our designs meet or exceed the highest reliability and quality standards contributing significantly to the success of our future electronic architecture.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Fords nextgeneration vehicle technology. We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented individual with a passion for reliability engineering and a commitment to delivering highquality products.

This position is a range of salary grades SG6 SG8.
