ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with Core to Proficient NDIS registration to join the team. You will be responsible for:
- Behavioural support assessments
- Writing of behavioural support plans
- Providing behavioural support interventions including 1:1 support and groupbased settings in clinic at home and schools
- Develop and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in securing this incredibly rewarding role applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience as a behavioral support practitioner
- Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations
- Minimum of CORE level NDIS registration
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.
- A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties
