01 year of experience in IT support System Maintenance Software installation Data Backup troubleshooting documentation network support and security monitoring.
Requirements:
Education:Any bachelors degree
Experience:0 to 1 year of experience in IT support or administration (internships parttime roles or selftaught experience welcome).
Basic Knowledge of:
Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Network concepts (e.g. IP addresses DNS routers switches).
Hardware components (e.g. computers printers servers).
Office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace).
Soft skills:
ProblemSolving:Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with a proactive attitude.
Communication:Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with nontechnical staff.
Team Player:Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Added Advantage:
IT certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals or similar.
Basic knowledge of network security and firewall configurations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
