Entry LevelAccount Manager Responsibilities:
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
- Grasp company goals and daily process of operations by working in different departments in order to gain perspective in all entrylevel customer service sales and marketing divisions
- Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our clients products services and any new sales promotions in order to drive revenue
- Participate in daily meetings workshops and other learning opportunities
- Observing and learning from senior account managers by detailed notetaking
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members customers and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition maximize ongoing productivity and exceed sales targets
Entry LevelAccount Manager Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in college in a bachelors degree program or graduating with a degree in Business Development Marketing Communications or relating field of study
- Experience in Leadership roles sales customer service or marketing
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Uphold company values and respect every customer
- Solutionoriented thinking quickly on your feet and selfmotivated
- Desire to learn and grow in the business consulting and marketing industry
- Bold and creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments as well as independently
