The Education Operations Coordinator manages departmentwide systems that support daily Museum Floor operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role sources purchases and maintains highquality exhibit consumables that are developmentally appropriate and aligned with the Museums mission and vision while monitoring inventory and functionality. The Coordinator collaborates with Exhibits and Facilities to uphold operational standards including cleaning procedures and exhibit maintenance and partners with Floor Staff Managers to set clear expectations for Museum Associates. This position reports to the Associate Director of Operations and Engagement.
Job Specifications: 40 hours/week SundayThursday. Other evening weekend and special event hours may be required; schedule may vary to reflect staffing needs of Museum events and programs.
Salary: $42500$47402.25/Annually

Work Environment
This position operates in both indoor and outdoor environments where variable temperatures light levels crowds and moderate to very noisy sound levels are common. The employee is required to interact and communicate with adults and children frequently and routinely uses standard office equipment such as 2 way radios computers phones and photocopiers as well as commercial cleaning supplies.
