The Digital Sales Coordinator at United Parks & Resorts plays a key role in supporting the digital sales team by managing online sales channels optimizing ecommerce initiatives and assisting with digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless digital ticketing experiences coordinating promotional campaigns and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth through online platforms.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging digital sales technologies to drive innovation
What it takes to succeed:
- Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field preferred)
- Minimum 23 years of experience in digital sales ecommerce marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital sales strategies online marketplaces and ecommerce platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and experience with content management systems (CMS) digital analytics tools and ecommerce platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and create reports to track digital sales performance
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays as needed
What else is important:
- Experience with Google Analytics digital advertising platforms and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital ticketing platforms
- Previous experience in the hospitality theme park or tourism industry
