Salary: 27013.60/annum
Bonus: 2045 (Performance based)
Location: Croydon/Hybrid

Are you ready to make a real impact when it matters most As a Roadside Assistance Coordinator youll be the calm voice during stressful breakdowns accidents and emergencies. Every call is an opportunity to demonstrate your problemsolving skills and provide empathetic practical solutions when people need them most.
Whether its a flat tire dead battery or traffic incident youll handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and care. Youll coordinate repairs guide customers through every step and ensure theyre informed and supported. Youll also arrange onward travel when needed getting customers back on their feet quickly. And while not every situation is perfect youll handle tough conversations with confidence when things dont go as planned.
Work Hours
- This is a 35hour per week position with shifts between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
- Hybrid working with provided IT equipment (PC dual screens keyboard and mouse); reliable landline connection required.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage calls with professionalism empathy and efficiency.
- Provide proactive solutions and keep customers updated on the status of their service.
- Ensure all services are delivered on time with all necessary information collected to coordinate repairs.
- Apply product and technical knowledge effectively to each case.
- Handle complaints in accordance with FCA guidelines.
- Ensure every customer feels cared for respected and supported during their time of need.
About You
- A strong educational background including Maths & English GCSE or equivalent.
- A natural ability to multitask and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to work varying shifts.
