NP : Immediate to 15 days(Serving means 30 days)
Exp range: 5 to 8 Years
Location: Pan India Hybrid / Remote
Must Have:
- Total technical experience of 58 years
- 3 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Skilled and experienced in creating OTBI BIP Reports Extracts and Fast Formulas
Job Summary:
The Oracle HCM Technical Consultant will be responsible for the design development implementation and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This includes customizing and configuring Oracle HCM modules developing integrations and providing technical expertise to enhance Oracle HCM functionalities according to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Customization:
- Design and develop custom reports interfaces and extensions using tools like PL/SQL Oracle BI Publisher Fast Formulas HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR Payroll Benefits Recruiting Learning Compensation etc. based on client requirements.
- Develop and configure workflows using Oracle Workflow and Oracle Approvals Management (AME).
- Integration:
- Develop and support data integration between Oracle HCM and other internal/external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Web Services (SOAP/REST) or APIs.
- Manage data migrations and conversions using Oracle tools like FBL (FileBased Loader) and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide daytoday technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues.
- Work with functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Reporting:
- Build custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and HCM Extract.
- Perform data analysis and reporting for HR teams using reporting tools within Oracle HCM.
- Upgrades and Patch Management:
- Assist with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches ensuring technical customizations are not affected.
- Perform testing and debugging for new Oracle HCM releases.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and enduser guides.
- Ensure proper documentation of all custom development and integration work.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 37 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBusiness Suite (HRMS).
- Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL Oracle BI Publisher OTBI and Fast Formulas.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Extracts and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST) XML and APIs for integrations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR Payroll Benefits etc..
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
