OurSoutheastWaterBusinessisgrowing!Inresponsetothissteadygrowthourteamin BowieMDis looking for a Project Managerto provide leadership to project teams on water treatment wastewater treatment collection distribution and stormwater studies design and construction engineering services. This role will also provide you the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our Water & Wastewater Treatment service line by managing current relationships while acquiring new clients.

Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Manageprojectsrelatedtodevelopingmasterplansfacilityplanssewersystem evaluationsand assessment
- Directthetechnicalandproductionworkofprojectteamadministeringcontractualaspectsofthe project and acting as primary contact for client
- EstablishprojectdeliverystrategyanddevelopjobplanQAplansecuringresources establishing work briefs and budgets
- Promoteeffectiveteamworkthroughmentoringandtraining
- Developpricingestimatingscopingandmarketingstrategiesforproposedprojects
- Manageallcommunicationpertainingtotechnicalandcontractprojectissuesandchairclient meetings
- Directpreparationofdesigncomputationsandopinionsofprobablecost
- Overseepreparationandmodificationofreportsspecificationsplansconstructionschedules environmental impact studies and designs for project
- WorkwithServiceLineLeaderstodemonstratetechnicalinnovationinmanagedprojects
- Inviteclientfeedbackasappropriatetoverifyclientneedsarebeingmet
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelorsand/orMastersdegreeinCivilorEnvironmentalEngineering
- CurrentProfessionalEngineer(PE)license
- 1015yearsofexperienceintheplanningdesignandconstructionofwaterandwastewater infrastructure or treatment facilities
- Strongunderstandingofconsultingengineeringbusinessandmunicipalagencies
- Strongbusinessdevelopmentproposalpreparationandmarketingskills
- Excellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskillswithprovenabilitytodevelopmentorandlead professional technical staff
- Theabilitytoprioritizetrackbudgetsmanageprojectschedulesandanticipateassociated upcoming tasks
- Willingandabletotraveltoprojectsitesandclientmeetingsasneeded(primarilydaytrips)
Salary range: $130600$155500 based on experience
