Position Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for configuring customizing and maintaining Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration:
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements ensuring optimal system performance.
- Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows process builder and flows.
User Support:
- Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and delivering training as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and enhance user experience.
Data Management:
- Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce including data imports exports and cleaning.
- Design and implement data models to support business processes.
Reports and Dashboards:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.
Integration:
- Work with integration tools to connect Salesforce with other business systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Documentation:
- Document system configurations customizations and processes.
- Keep documentation uptodate with changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities features and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
