Junior Legal Secretary
Qualification:
Grade 12
Legal Administration qualifications.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a legal secretary ideally within a foreclosure or collections department.
Strong knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal terminology.
Experience working on Ghost practice and Court Online / CaseLines will be an advantage.
Provide administrative support to attorneys in the RMB Foreclosures Department.
Draft proofread and format legal documents including letters notices pleadings and court forms.
Assist with the preparation and filing of foreclosurerelated documents in accordance with court procedures and deadlines.
Manage and maintain case files and databases ensuring accuracy and uptodate records.
Coordinate meetings conferences and court appearances for attorneys and clients.
Liaise with clients opposing counsel and other relevant parties as required.
Required Experience:
Junior IC
