About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational HR experience and is eager to expand their knowledge in a fast-paced environment. You will support core HR functions contribute to a positive employee experience and help ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Responsibility
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings resume screening and interview coordination
Support onboarding and off boarding procedures including documentation inductions and exit formalities
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper filing of HR documents
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and processes
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities training sessions and team events
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned
6 12 months of experience in a Human Resources or related administrative role
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
Proactive eager to learn and comfortable in a team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
