Requirements
Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Dissemination Specialistto support a federal government client.
Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Description:
- Demonstrates indepth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
- Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
- Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive new or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to highlevel tasks.
- Demonstrates indepth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intraIC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments tradecraft standards and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
- Shall ensure timely dissemination of intelligence products created by CENTCOM J2 analysts.
- Shall publish intelligence products using a variety of IT tools networks domains sites and repositories.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable certifications and network accounts required (with applicable government support when required) to perform crossdomain transfers and disseminate to all required U.S. and CENTCOM partner networks.
- Prior to dissemination shall verify the products correct format classification portion markings banner classification source citations metadata and (where applicable) evidence of foreign release authorization from the U.S. CENTCOM Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO).
- As time and resource constraints permit shall make a good faith effort to correct minor errors that do not require analytic input or review such as typos or other minor inaccuracies that can be corrected on the spot.
- Shall use the supplied source packet as a resource for these minor corrections prior to dissemination in order to facilitate timely publication of intelligence production.
- Upon completion of the verification process shall stage the products for dissemination to all required U.S. and partner networks including performing crossdomain transfers.
- Shall maintain records of the quantities and types of intelligence products and the networks to which they are disseminated.
- Shall provide these metrics to government leadership at least weekly and as desired.
Requirements
Desired experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired education:
- Desired bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Security Clearance:
- Security clearance required TS/SCI.
