As part of our journey to become Europes leading independent provider of IT services we are looking to grow our solutions team within Networking and Security with an exceptional Presales Solution Lead.

As a Presales Solution Lead you will be responsible for working alongside our Solution Sales Specialists to help customers select technologies and access Computacenter Professional Services and build lasting trusted advisor relationships with some of the worlds largest customers.

What youll do

  • Work independently and alongside our Solution Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify qualify and progress complex transformation opportunities in the field of Networking and Security
  • Help position technologies from leading industry partners alongside Computacenters core catalogue of Professional Services and Portfolio of Services for Networking and Security
  • To attend customer opportunity / strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategy for both Computacenter and the customer.
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders at identified customers becoming a trusted advisor on technical strategy.
  • Understand and be an expert internally for our core Networking and Security go to market propositions and advocate for these amongst the sales community.
  • Support the growth of the Networking and Security Solution Area and delivery against its sales targets.
  • Help represent the voice of the customer into internal forums to develop our Portfolio of Service offerings where requested and in support of the Solution Area Director.
  • Represent Computacenter at partner boards and forums attend relevant events and conferences and act as a point of technical escalation within the business ensure that this knowledge is shared across the business.

Secondary Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Help influence the development of the propositions and strategy of the Networking and Security Solution Area working alongside our Group development colleagues and the Office of the CTO
  • Engage within a broad virtual team across Computacenter comprising Professional Services Group Managed Services Solution Leaders and Architects to help customers access and procure key technology solutions and services.
  • Providing proposition and market insight to the Solution Sales Specialist within customer opportunities for both new and core Solutions.

What youll need

  • Previous experience in owning customer relationships from a technology perspective.
  • Experience in selling compelling and innovative Networking and Security customer solutions.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Experience with helping customers procure Professional Services offerings alongside Technology Solutions.
