Qualifications

As a Customer Service Representative your role together with your team will be to handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Through phone email and chat you will assist customers in resolving productrelated issues and ensure solutions are achieved. You are customeroriented maintain professionalism and stay calm under pressure.

What were looking for:

• Fluency in Norwegian with good proficiency in English.
• Strong PC skills.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or IT support is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and commit to at least one year.
