Job Title: Student Worker Records Assistant

Job Classification:Administrative and Office Services Student

Department: Office of the Registrar

Work Schedule: Summer Parttime 20 25 hours a week Monday Friday.

Desired Length of Employment: Summer/Ongoing

Pay Rate: 9

Job Description:

Main duty of the Records Assistant is to answer the phone and wait the counter. Other duties include distributing the mail scanning documents and other projects as assigned. Qualifications for this position require that the student is comfortable and eager to answer the phones and questions related to the Office of the Registrar and possess the spirit of service ability to interact in difficult situations with tack and diplomacy work well with others a keen interest in learning about registration and office procedures.

  • Provide general office assistance and support
  • Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
  • Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
  • Assist with various projects activities or tasks as needed
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
