Ballys Corporation is a global casinoentertainment company with a growing omnichannel presence currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states a golf course in New York a horse racetrack in Colorado and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle UK further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

Role:

The Guest Services Representative is the first point of contact to players and guests and expect to provide Ballys Standard Service. Have knowledge to all Marketing monthly promotions and encourages guests to enroll to Ballys Rewards Program/Players card.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a professional friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience.
• Assists guests players and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Explains the Ballys Rewards program in detail.
• Effectively markets the Ballys Rewards program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members.
• Evaluates play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines.
• Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.
• Stays informed about all Slot and Table Games activities and events.
• Maintains general knowledge of the properties.
• Inputs all player information into the database system and issues player cards.
• Complies with all companys policies and procedures as well as Colorado Gaming rules and regulations
• Performs other job related duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of six months of related experience and training.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be procient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily.
• Must be able to work weekends weeknights and holidays
