And we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join the team in Munich Frankfurt or Hamburg!
Your key responsibilities will be:
Oversee the engineering team in the development of scalable digital platforms in the CRM Domain.
Bear responsibility for content within their field of expertise.
Exhibit recognized expertise in at least one relevant technology or topic.
Drive interfaces to other fields ensuring seamless collaboration and integration.
Lead and guide teams from junior to senior levels.
Provide outstanding customer service and manage relationships with diverse customers.
Embody the Merkle DACH vision and serve as a company ambassador.
Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for pitches and client work.
What we are kindly looking for:
Excellent knowledge of CRM systems e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics (Backend and Frontend).
Be able to implement efficient scalable and maintainable CRM solutions.
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Experience in leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (e.g. GitHub GitLab Bitbucket Jenkins etc..
Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple priorities and deadlines and guiding junior members.
Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design
Participation in presales activities.
Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting.
Ability to design & create data models according to customer requirements.
Strong programming skills in APEX C# .NET others.
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating CRM with other systems.
Strong experience with Excel Power BI Tableau or others to analyze customer data and generate insights.
Strong understanding of data segmentation customer lifecycle and personalization.
Ability to diagnose CRMrelated technical issues and provide solutions.
Fluent communication in both German and English
