Dfinir les standards SEPHORA Europe sur les processus Transport (conditions contractuelles indicateurs & niveaux de service outils & reporting traabilit conditions RSE services valeur ajout) sur limport les Incoterms / Douanes les flux interplateformes le Retail et le ECommerce

2 Dfinir la roadmap Mthodes sur le primtre Transport & Douanes

Editer le mapping annuel des flux Transports Europe en termes de prestataire budget impact Co2 niveaux de service incoterms

Identifier les axes damliorations

Dfinir la roadmap Transport & Douanes annuel et les objectifs de savings Transport & Douanes annuels

3 Excuter la Roadmap valide sur le primtre Transport & Douanes

Raliser les appels doffres Transport en collaboration avec les organisations locales (cahier des charges recherche de prestataires slection ngociation cadrage du projet dimplmentation contractualisation)

Sassurer de la bonne mise en place des nouveaux prestataires avec les quipes oprationnelles locales et dans le planning et le budget valids

Participer aux points de suivi des autres projets de la Roadmap Mthodes en tant garant des aspects Transport & Douanes

Faire le suivi de latteinte des objectifs de savings annuels Transport & Douanes

4 Change Management & Innovation

Raliser une veille continue sur le march Europen du Transport & Douanes via les autres maisons LVMH les experts Transport & Douane LVMH les salons

Coanimer les quipes Transport locales notamment via la cration dun sminaire Transport & Douanes annuel

Nhsitez plus postuler si vous avezou si vous tes

Vous avez une exprience prcdente en tant que Chef de projet Achats Transport / Optimisation Transport/Gestionnaire / Manager Transport / Douanes/Acheteur Transports Internationaux / Responsable Achats Transport et/ou Transport International

Vous tes laise dans la conduite de projets

Vous faites preuve de rigueur esprit danalyse & de synthse

Vous avez une exprience en ngociation et tes un excellent communicant

Vous avez une trs bonne matrise de langlais

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Within the Logistics & Transportation Europe Methods team this role will focus on 4 areas:

1 Define Transportation & Customs Standards
Define SEPHORA Europe standards on Transportation processes (contractual conditions indicators & service levels tools & reporting traceability CSR conditions valueadded services) on import Incoterms / Customs interplatform flows Retail and ECommerce

2 Define the Methods roadmap on the Transport & Customs perimeter
Edit the annual mapping of Transport Europe flows in terms of service provider budget CO2 impact service levels incoterms
Identify areas for improvement
Define the annual Transport & Customs roadmap and the annual Transport & Customs savings targets

3 Execute the validated Roadmap on the Transport & Customs perimeter
Carry out transport calls for tenders in collaboration with local organizations (specifications search for service providers selection negotiation scoping of the implementation project contractualization)
Ensure the proper implementation of new service providers with the local operational teams and within the approved schedule and budget
Participate in the followup points of the other projects of the Methods Roadmap by being responsible for the Transport & Customs aspects
Monitor the achievement of annual Transport & Customs savings objectives

4 Change Management & Innovation
Carry out a continuous watch on the European Transport & Customs market via other LVMH houses LVMH Transport & Customs experts trade fairs...
Coanimate the local Transport teams in particular through the creation of an annual Transport & Customs seminar

Do not hesitate to apply if you have or if you are

You have a previous experience as:
Transport Purchasing / Transport Optimization Project Manager
Transport / Customs Manager
International Transport Buyer / Transport and/or International Transport Purchasing Manager

And proven skills of:
Project management
Rigour analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent communicator
Negotiation experience
Fluency in English
