EPC Substation Estimator

Location: Houston TX

Are you an estimator with experience in substation construction and EPC projects Were a recruitment firm connecting professionals like you with toptier energy companies. Our client is looking for an EPC Substation Estimator in Houston TX to play a key role in complex transmission distribution and substation projects.

Your Role:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor materials and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with engineers project managers and procurement teams to develop bids.
  • Visit job sites to gather data and ensure accurate estimates.
  • Review project budgets and provide solutions to improve costeffectiveness.
  • Support contract reviews change orders and compliance requirements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in high voltage substation and transmission construction or EPC projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating software Excel and Bluebeam.
  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
