EPC Substation Estimator
Location: Houston TX
Are you an estimator with experience in substation construction and EPC projects Were a recruitment firm connecting professionals like you with toptier energy companies. Our client is looking for an EPC Substation Estimator in Houston TX to play a key role in complex transmission distribution and substation projects.
Your Role:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor materials and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with engineers project managers and procurement teams to develop bids.
- Visit job sites to gather data and ensure accurate estimates.
- Review project budgets and provide solutions to improve costeffectiveness.
- Support contract reviews change orders and compliance requirements.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- 5 years of experience in high voltage substation and transmission construction or EPC projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software Excel and Bluebeam.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
