Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
Product
- Develops workflows and automations based on requirements and assigned priority
- Maintains and bugfix workflows & automations based on bugfix assignments
- Specialized in some workflows or areas.
Process
- Documents the development process and bugfix key content (description of the development) final user experience based on templates 2 minutes video demo to be posted as reference)
- Balance between Incentives and general automations with focus on Incentives workflows enhancement during peaks periods for an optimal Quota to Payment scalable and sustainable process.
- Participates in special projects based on the level or area of expertise
- Follows Scrum and agile methodology to deploy based on Sprints
- Interact with testers and applies required changes before deployment
- Interacts with IT developers as well as with Dashboard developers to align efforts and coordinate for the expected complete solution success.
- Interacts with requestors to understand the enhancement requirements or bugfix during grooming sessions

- Bachelors Alteryx/Other Automation Expertise (mandatory) CRMAnalytics platform Expertise (optional)
- 3 Years in CommEx organization or 5 years of relevant work experience
- Alteryx/Other automation basic skills High
- EA (CRM analytics) development expertise Medium
- Business knowledge and Topic expertise Medium
- Collaboration Team Work High
- Follows agile methodology and standard practice in the industry for development and governance Medium.
