What Youll Do:

• Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside integrated crossfunctional teams to design and implement comprehensive cloud transformation strategies. Youll work with specialists across diverse disciplines driving projects forward and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  

• Drive Innovation: Own and lead the delivery of highimpact cloud solutions while managing relationships with key stakeholders. Your leadership will be key in transforming cloud strategies into tangible business outcomes.
  

• Cloud Strategy & : Help our clients develop and implement multidimensional cloud strategies across platform architecture security organizational processes and financial aspects of cloud adoption. You will have a direct hand in how clients successfully transition to the cloud.
  

• Business Transformation: Lead the transformation of technology landscapes identifying cloud use cases that create measurable business value. Youll be responsible for selecting the best cloud platforms and technologies while considering scalability security and costeffectiveness.
  

• Technology and Financial Leadership: Guide clients in understanding the business value of cloud adoption. From defining architectural principles to optimizing postdeployment cloud usage your expertise will help clients achieve sustainable growth and financial success through cloud solutions.
  

• Strategic Presentations: Work closely with senior leaders (e.g. Senior Directors Vice Presidents) to present and execute cloud strategies ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and the roadmap for cloud adoption is clearly communicated.
  

Requirements

About You:

To thrive in this role you should bring:

• 5 Years of Experience: You have proven experience in building relationships with senior business and technology leaders and youre comfortable leading and guiding teams through complex cloud transformations.
  

• Leadership Skills: You have a track record of managing midsized teams 27 members) and driving engagements to success. You can handle various stakeholder relationships ensuring everyone stays aligned towards shared goals.
  

• Cloud Expertise: Youve spent at least 3 years working with cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/Big Data & Analytics) driving strategy and implementation for mid or largesized organizations on platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
  

• Cloud Transformation Experience: You are experienced in leading multistream cloud transformation programs and can guide organizations through a variety of use cases across public and private cloud environments.
  

• Business & Financial Acumen: You know how to translate technical strategies into business success. Youre skilled at developing business cases conducting TCO analysis and creating connections between cloud strategies and financial success metrics.
  

• Industry Experience: You have experience working with clients in industries such as public sector telco automotive finance insurance life sciences retail technology or transportation helping them build cloud strategies that drive transformation.
  

• Languages: You are fluent in English with proficiency in French or Dutch being a plus.
  

Bonus Points for Experience in:

• Defining business solutions enabled by the cloud in largescale enterprises and working with clouddriven governance models.
  
• Reviewing and optimizing cloud usage and spending postdeployment helping clients establish hybrid cost models that maximize efficiency.
  
• Designing resilient cloud architectures with expertise in highly available faulttolerant systems.
  
• Knowledge of modern development and testing techniques including continuous delivery and continuous integration.
  
• Understanding of API management solutions and how they integrate with an enterpriselevel cloud strategy.
  
• Experience in network engineering and designing secure cloud networks that scale with the business.
