Job Description
Temporary General Laborer Construction Projects (May to August)
Wheaton Bible Church West Chicago IL
Wheaton Bible Church is seeking temporary General Laborer support to assist with a variety of scheduled construction and renovation projects taking place from May through July with potential extension into midAugust.
Position Overview:
As a General Laborer you will play a key role in supporting our Facilities and Maintenance Team with handson work across our campus. Tasks may include site prep material handling cleanup and other general labor duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labor or construction preferred but not required
Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Be able to maintain a tidy workspace when appropriate
Dependable punctual and a team player
Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
- If offered the job ability to pass a background check
Details:
Temporary/seasonal position
Preferred availability is: Monday Friday but a flexible schedule is available project timeline.
- Hours: May vary per day but availability to work 40 hours per week preferred.
