Synerfac is seeking a Compensation Analyst for our client in Upper Marlboro MD. Our client is a renowned nonprofit that has been providing building management services to the federal government for over 50 years.

Minimum of five 5 years of direct jobrelated benefits experience.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation systems analysis tools and techniques.
Knowledge of federal state and local compensation laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
