ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for Therapeutic Care Workers with experience working with children young people and families to join CASPAs Residential Care Team in Darwin NT.
Working with the ITRC model you will strive to enhance the lives of young people in our Residential OutofHome Care program incorporating a therapeutic traumainformed approach. You will help create a homelike environment and tailor your support to the individual needs of each young person. You will support young people in attaining their educational goals undertaking extracurricular activities aligned with their interests and supporting their connection to community and family.

Please note: Our Therapeutic Residential Care program runs in a 24/7 roster model. Therefore successful candidates will be required to work various shifts including day shifts night shifts weekends and public holidays.
