What youll do
- Drive acquisition onboarding monetization organic growth and retention across New Relics web properties.
- Lead our website testing methodology and drive future improvements to increase overall end user experience.
- Improve our Drupal automated test coverage our site is live on Drupal 10 and feature velocity is increasing. Youll ensure it is ready to scale to meet our end users needs.
- Participate in the design process offering technical feedback and suggestions to the creative team and helping us improve the process along the way.
- Formulate efficient content models security models workflows and templates and develop Drupal components and modules.
- Contribute to all of the technical aspects of New Relics public web properties to improve customer experience and content authoring.
- Improve the reliability and speed to delivery of new features and iterations via A/B testing operational insights and deep understanding of the data behind user behavior on the site.
- Identify blockers and work across teams to resolve issues.
This role requires
- Bachelors or 4 years professional work experience
- 4 years of website testing experience both automated and manual
- Strong expertise testing Drupal 9/10s backend authoring experience.
- Solid understanding of Git JavaScript Cypress and cross browser testing BackStop Nice to have.
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment focused on delivering production code at a regular cadence using Agile techniques tools and methodologies.
- Having a collaborative work style that includes colleagues in important decisions and leads to shared code ownership.
- Fluency in English.
Bonus points if you have
- Familiarity with Figma Tailwind CSS Eleventy and/or Svelte JS.
- Familiarity working at enterprise scale across several tech stacks and partner teams.
- Experience in technical mentorship and support for helping levelup the skills of colleagues on the team.
