We are currently looking for a Digital Experience Lead to launch our Business Banking teams mobile and website interfaces. Reporting to the Chapter Lead Digital Experience youll spearhead the creation of unparalleled customer experiences across our digital platforms.

As the Digital Experience Lead for Business Banking youll be a seasoned digital visionary dedicated to crafting and implementing cuttingedge digital strategies. Your role will involve shaping the digital experience landscape for our Business Banking clientele encompassing mobile technology website enhancements and secure banking solutions.

This position is instrumental in shaping distinctive customer interactions within ING Banks digital realm. Youll drive both strategic planning and operational playing a vital part in defining and implementing the digital experience roadmap for our Business Banking digital platforms.

Our ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in digital products encompassing mobile and website technologies. With a blend of product and technical acumen you excel in formulating comprehensive digital product strategies and overseeing endtoend delivery processes. Moreover you are adept at engaging stakeholders on commercial products and collaborating seamlessly with our global team on Business Banking Digital Channels.

What youll do

  • Work alongside the Business Banking product teams to define and execute the business banking digital strategy aligning with the banks broader strategic objectives.
  • Drive the delivery of a digital optimisation roadmap; balancing strategic and tactical initiatives from ideation to customer launch and benefits realisation.
  • Champion humancentered design through the PACE methodology ensuring that customer needs shape the roadmap solution design and experience enhancements.
  • Coordinate the pipeline of incoming initiatives across the business banking team including supporting business casing scope definition business readiness and internal/external communications.
  • Manage key commercial drivers of digital assets within the Digital Tribe; crucial to ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value.
  • Build strong crossfunctional relationships with teams such as Risk Legal Marketing Banking Products Customer Intelligence and Technology supports delivery and alignment.

What were looking for

  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Marketing IT or Business with strong desktop application skills and digital technologies knowledge.
  • Experience: 7 years managing largescale digital channels specializing in digital product management.
  • Skills: Strategic and creative thinker with innovation mindset solid analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Abilities: Translate vision into actionable deliverables influence strategic direction and excel in fastpaced ambiguous environments.
  • Communication: Excellent skills across all formats contributing positively to team culture.
  • Desirable Experience: Usability usercentric design change management and Business Banking digital channel .
