Itron is looking for an experienced digital marketing analyst to support our digital marketing and global marketing team. Your responsibilities will include tracking digital marketing trends collecting and analyzing data developing campaign strategies optimizing and reporting digital campaign performance and communicating with internal stakeholders.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A qualified digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills be detailoriented and work well within a team.

The ideal candidate will work independently and apply industry practices and solutions to creatively resolve issues or deliver outcomes having a wide and diverse scope impacting the function and/or sales region. In addition the analyst plans and delivers complicated activities to support the marketing communications public relations and/or business development team(s).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create measurement plans that align with business objectives and optimize the endtoend customer journey.

• Manages marketing automation platform including list management lead scoring and automation and of nurture and drip campaigns.

• Tests campaigns analyzes key metrics and identifies opportunities to increase campaign performance.

• Develops and presents findings from analysis including actionable insights and recommendations.

• Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies to provide a selfserve environment for key internal stakeholders.

• Create demand generation dashboards data visualizations and campaign and website performance reports.

• Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.

• Accomplishes operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful of department goals; tracks monitors and reports on KPIs and action plans.

• Meets business ad hoc requests: identifies market trends collects relevant information provides detailed analysis and deliverables (promotional content documentation presentations trainings).

• Liaises with diverse departments (IT Product Management Product Marketing Sales) and provides training to increase lead generation and promote product/brand awareness.

• Leads projects within scope of responsibilities.

• Manages relationships and negotiations with external partners/suppliers.

Experience & Skills

• This position typically requires 5 years of related experience

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated ability to translate raw data into actionable insights

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system

• Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics

• Experience using marketing automation platforms

• Experience using Power BI is preferred

• Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) is preferred

Education: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of Liberty Lake WA with at least two days required onsite per week.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: This is a typical office job with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.

Liberty Lake WA: The base salary is $75000 $141000.
