Job Description
Immediate opening for an Installation and Support Technician with a growing company in Limerick PA!
Interview and start as soon as possible!
Salary $50$55K
Full Benefits
2530 travel required (local and domestic)
Responsibilities:
*Assist in the configuration installation and testing of devices and sensors.
*Conduct onsite audits to determine product applicability.
*Service installations to ensure proper functionality and performance of deployed systems.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to devices networks and data connectivity.
*Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients.
*Perform routine maintenance and updates on devices to ensure optimal performance.
*Provide training and technical support to endusers regarding devices and applications.
*Monitor and analyze data collected from devices to identify trends anomalies and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
*Associates degree in computer science electrical engineering or related field
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Computer skills Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
*Basic electrical knowledge
*Technical Installation background
*Strong understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts protocols and architectures.
*Familiarity with IoT hardware components sensors and communication protocols.
*Experience in deploying and configuring devices and systems.
*Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity software and hardware issues.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
