Requirements
- Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery
- Routine System administrative activities
- Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines
- Troubleshooting for Alert logs files transaction logs and backup logs
- Troubleshoot End to End User Devices
- Run the backups recovery errors respond to the request regarding the restoration of the DB
- Responsible on making backup tapes schedule and changes.
- Monitor the metric alerts performancerelated issues like high CPU utilization Application performance high Memory utilization Application tuning and Query
- Very Good Communication Skills
Duration: Permanent / 6Monthsand possible extension
