A Day in the Life:
As a Wound Nurse at Avalon View youll play a key role in the health and wellbeing of our residents. Heres what to expect:
- Provide excellent patient care to residents assessing treating and monitoring wounds with a focus on healing and prevention.
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and wellcoordinated patient support.
- Complete skin assessments administer treatments and maintain patient integrity at all times.
- Work to ensure timely preventive interventions for atrisk residents.
- Document findings and communicate effectively with physicians to recommend best practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Valid state license(s)
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
