Job Description
Host Company:
This host companies fabrication division has recently invested in world leading robotic processing machinery leading the world in processing technology and production systems for the safe fabrication of surfaces. For over 25 years this part of their group has built a reputation in the Victorian construction industry with an unshakeable commitment to safety high quality surfaces with a focus on the customer experience.
Tasks:
- Ability to inspect maintain and service automated machinery (CNC Waterjet technology) and report any faults to management and coworkers
- Fundamental knowledge in CAM programming and NC Code
- Identifying faults OHS issues and troubleshooting by using electronic systems
- Analyzing performance and products then making suitable recommendations
- Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required
- Establishing highquality standards and ensuring they are implemented by workers
- Regularly educating staff members on health and safety regulations
- Implementation of preventative maintenance methods
Requirements

- Knowledge of efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures
- Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
