Location: 95 Remote 5 in the Houston office

Agent Support Summary
We are currently seeking an Agent SupportSpecialists I. This is a serviceoriented position supporting our contracting licensing and other needs for our licensed agents.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering the Helpful Agent Resource Teams (HART) Phone Line creating a great first impression.
Filtering through the HART email and submitting contract requests through proper channels.
Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department.
Taking detailed accurate phone messages and relaying them to the recipient.
Processing requests for E&O generating certificates and forwarding to agents.
Updating database with data from carrier rosters.
Respond to questions that may arise during calls.
Obtain customer/agent information when necessary.
Enter and maintain customer/agent or potential customer/agent data into a database.
Maintain records of telephonic interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 1year Customer Service or service related experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Must be able to type a minimum of 3540 wpm.
Excellent communication vocabulary and spelling skills
Detailoriented and excellent multitasker
Quick learner
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
