This is an exciting opportunity for a commerciallyminded Commercial Property Solicitor to take the reins of a wellrespected regional team and shape its future. The role comes with Associate Director status and a seat on the management team with a clear and realistic path to Board level.
Youll be stepping into a wellrun and profitable real estate team thats in a strong position but ready for its next chapter. The goal over the next 12 months is to steady the ship and create a solid foundation for future growth just as the firm has successfully done in other departments.
This role would suit a solicitor with 58 PQE who is confident leading others enjoys a broad diet of commercial property work and wants to build a department around themselves all with the support of a Legal 500ranked firm known for its transparent leadership flexible working culture and career development.
Who were looking for
A 58 PQE commercial property solicitor
Comfortable running a varied caseload including leases sales & purchases refinancing corporate support and some agricultural matters
Confident supervising junior team members and liaising across departments
Commercially astute with some BD experience
Gravitas and ambition to grow into a Board role
Ideally from a midsized or smaller firm with wellrounded experience
