Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and expertise to optimize and improve existing product production processes.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to comprehend and translate product requirements for upcoming product iterations.
- Define and document all functional specifications interfaces and performance benchmarks for new product.
- Work closely with contract manufacturers to ensure product designs are executed with attention to quality and precision.
- Lead the efforts to transition products from design to mass production including the development and implementation of robust testing processes.
- Oversee the quality assurance processes during mass production to maintain and enhance product yield rates and ensure high standards are consistently met.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Design experience in highspeed and power supply circuits.
- Experience in production process or product validation.
- Experience in Python C.
- Familiar with electronics components and IC.
- Familiar with design tools like Altium Allegro.
- Communication skills to deal with factories in Asia.
- Experience in PC product is a plus.
