Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients providing exceptional service and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Analyze clients insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions and coverage recommendations
- Ensure all client files and documentation are accurate and uptodate
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify crossselling and upselling opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and market changes
- Provide support and guidance to junior account managers or support staff as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CIC CRM) a plus
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $80K$100K (based on experience).
