The Role: Compounder
Availability: Fulltime with an ability to work mornings afternoons and occasional overtime holidays and weekends.
The Compounder position is to be able to accurately and efficiently create product mixes used in creating finished goods of Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetic products. The creation of these products is based on the Compounder following approved recipes and processes. Key responsibilities include the inspection and processing of all raw materials following predefined production batch processes to create finished goods that meet all product specifications and quality requirements.

NOTE: In this hiring process qualified applicants should expect to go through a multistep process including an interview math test and if selected to move forward an inroom assessment with experienced Compounders and Room Management.
