Job Description

The Strategy team delivers labor planning and staffing solutions in a realtime environment for NACF Operations. The Strategy team strives to solve the most pressing problems within Amazons supply chain delivering programmatic solutions and sustainable processes. We are a centralized team dedicated to the supporting the business via capacity planning labor strategy and organizational development. The SCSS team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated associate to support centralized Week 0 initiatives across multiple NACF networks.
Key job responsibilities
Your job responsibilities as a Week 0 Associate may include:
Execute critical Week 0 Standard Work on daily and weekly cadences.
Must be able to comprehend SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities.
Respond to site questions and issues raised through the Week 0 programs.
Proposes solutions on quality/productivity and work on milestones with
Effectively identify and communicate issues and escalate to management.
Highly organized excellent multitasking skills and efficient in ambiguous situations
Graduation in any Discipline is required for this position
Proficiency with MS Excel
Knowledge of VBA SQL and Data Warehouse is a plus
Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
Good working knowledge of MS Office MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
