The Advanced Analytics Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading the analytics efforts and driving datadriven decisionmaking strategies within International Commercial Analytics & Insights team. This key position requires an experienced and innovative professional with a robust background in data analytics machine learning and business intelligence. The Manager Advance Analytics will be tasked with contributing to evolve the companys current data gathering and analytics capabilities providing actionable insights that align with the companys strategic objectives fostering a culture of datadriven decisionmaking and leveraging advanced analytics to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Lead the development and of the advanced analytics strategy to drive business performance and competitive advantage
- Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive business growth and improve operational efficiencies
- Partner with business leaders to understand and influence strategic imperatives related to research and analytics acts as a thought partner and encourage evidencebased decision making
- Proactively communicates with multifunctional teams to anticipate future needs and provide teams with strategic recommendations and insights; and identifies information and data needs
- Present complex analytical findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner to support decisionmaking
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the impact of commercial initiatives on business outcomes
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop datadriven segmentation and targeting of entities including patients physicians office accounts payers and health systems
- Portfolio crosschannel and marketing mix optimization assessments
- Proactively propose analytical solutions to business questions and problems and implement suggested methods
- Primary point of contact for senior Commercial leaders to engage with research and analytics; serves as advisor to leadership
- Serves as an expert in the therapeutic area and leads strategic special projects that help shape and drive the direction of the organization
- Oversee the design and implementation of predictive models segmentation analysis and other advanced analytics techniques
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in advanced analytics and data science
- Optimizing data collection in partnership with CRM
- Partner with Country Management Marketing and Analytics to provide insights on Tactical ROI to advise resource allocation
Who you are:
Skills/Qualifications/Education Requirements: (To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics Mathematics Finance Computer Science or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in advanced analytics data science or a related field with a proven track record of driving business impact through analytics
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies
- Strong analytics and strategic thinking required
- Expertise in statistical modeling machine learning data mining and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations both verbally and through insightful engaging and powerful presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results and driving innovation
- Selfstarter who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm to evolve the existing analytics and data visualization tools of the company to a new level
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar
- Detailoriented
- Fluency in English both written and oral mandatory
