Base pay $19.53/hour additional compensation for higher education and/or years of experience in the field up to $22.76.
Schedule: Sunday Wednesday & Thursday; 11p9a
$1000 Sign on Bonus
With a ratio of 1 staff to 2 students we are able to offer specialized care to these young people with emphasis on teaching daily living and coping skills.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Fitchburg MA this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Active drivers license is required
- High School diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in Human Services Psychology Social Work or Special Education preferred
- Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological emotional and behavioral disorders complex posttraumatic stress disorder cooccurring mental health and substance abuse disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders.
- Must be available to complete 2 weeks paid orientation Monday Friday from 8AM 4PM.
- Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment
